We have a simple ‘pay-on-the-day’ policy. Payment can be made by cash, bank e-transfer, or credit card. Send a receipt or screenshot for a tax receipt. HST will be added. Our Home Assistants rely on timely payment, so delayed or missed payments impact them directly.

We recommend booking time based on your budget. Your Home Assistant will clarify what can be done, and you can adjust priorities or add time if needed. Minimum booking is 4 hours (larger homes may require more). For example, 4 hours typically covers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 half bath, living/dining room, kitchen, and sometimes the basement. New clients are encouraged to call or email in advance to tailor the service to their home’s needs.

A common question from new clients is about organizing. The key is to tidy up before your Cleaning Assistants arrive so they can focus on cleaning. Clothes, toys, dishes, and food should be cleared from surfaces. Assistants will move items if needed but will not put them away. For extra organization beyond basic cleaning, please contact us, as it’s usually not included in Deep Cleaning services.

We provide all cleaning products, including vacuums, mops, microfiber towels, and cleaners. Fresh cloths and tools are used in every home, never reused. Our Cleaners use the right products for each surface to ensure the best results. Garbage bags are not provided but can be exchanged if available. Any special product requests are welcome, and the team leader ensures efficient cleaning decisions.

We aim to provide consistency by matching you with the same Cleaning Assistant or team for ongoing service. If a team member’s circumstances change, we’ll replace them and inform you in advance, ensuring a reliable and familiar cleaning experience.

Yes, they do, All our cleaning Assistant have insurance if they have an incidente while working. Although they are always very careful while work no to have any accident, but things can happen and rest assure they are complete covered. 

We have no contracts—you can cancel service anytime with at least 48 hours’ notice. Our Home Assistants are independent operators who rely on these bookings, so please consider their income when cancelling. Providing notice helps us accommodate schedule changes fairly.
